Palm Beach County League of Cities BBQ
For the fourth year, the TPA provided reusable grocery tote bags for local produce giveaways to 500 attendees of the 49th annual Tri-Cities BBQ. The Dec. 7 event was held at the beautiful marina in the City of Pahokee.

TPA Funding Programs Workshop
The TPA hosted a workshop on Dec. 14 for potential applicants of the TPA competitive funding programs. The application deadline is Mar. 1, 2019. For details and online applications, go to PalmBeachTPA.org/funding, where a video of the workshop will be posted to the website.

Michael Lynch

The Palm Beach TPA welcomed Michael Lynch this month as a Lead Planner who will serve as Coordinator for the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP).
Michael graduated from Texas A&M with a BS in both Geography and Aerospace Engineering and an MS in Urban Planning with a certificate in Sustainable Urbanism.
Michael has a diverse and impressive professional background of transportation and urban planning positions including transportation planning with the Martin MPO in Stuart, FL (2 years); serving as a Bicycle Pedestrian Planner for Portland, OR (1 year); and as Master Planner for the Crown Prince Court and Urban Planning Council in Abu Dhabi, UAE (8 years).
