TPA Governing Board Location Change Announcement

The TPA rotates Governing Board meeting locations throughout Palm Beach County. The public is encouraged to attend and provide input. Anyone wishing to speak is requested to complete a speaker card to indicate the agenda item(s) on which they wish to be heard, or to offer general transportation-related comments on items under the jurisdiction of the TPA.

Go to PalmBeachTPA.org/calendar for a printer-friendly calendar of all TPA meetings. Meeting locations are posted in advance at PalmBeachTPA.org/meeting, where agendas and backup are posted a week in advance.

Local Governments Issue Bike Month Proclamations

The Palm Beach TPA Governing Board plans to issue a Bike Month proclamation on March 15 to join the following local governments that have already done so to promote safe bicycling for travel and recreation during the month of March:

  • Palm Beach County (pictured above)
  • City of West Palm Beach
  • City of Boca Raton
  • City of Greenacres
  • Village of Palm Springs


Bike-to-Work Week Includes TPA Group Ride - March 16

Bike -to-Work Day March 16, 2018

The Palm Beach TPA is leading efforts to promote and organize one of three group bike rides to the West Palm Beach City Hall on Friday, March 16. Everyone is invited to join the Palm Beach TPA for a group bike ride from the Mangonia Park Tri-Rail station to the West Palm Beach City Hall. The ride begins at 7:30 AM. Click for a map of the route and additional details. Two additional group bike rides originating from different directions are also planned.

The Palm Beach TPA encourages local governments to celebrate and promote safe bicycling during the month of March. For more information about bicycle safety and to find or share bicycle events in Palm Beach County, please visit the Palm Beach TPA's website at BikePalmBeach.org.

Project: I-95 Express Lanes - Phase 3B-2 
FDOT Public Information Workshop

The project purpose is to expand the southeast Florida express lanes network by providing two tolled express lanes in each direction from south of Glades Rd. to Linton Blvd., including modifications at both the Glades Rd. and Linton Blvd. interchanges. The workshop will begin with an open house format where staff will be available to answer questions and provide assistance, followed by a presentation at 6:00 PM.

FDOT Design Public Information Workshop

The workshop purpose is to discuss proposed improvements along this stretch of highway and will be conducted as an informal, open house. No formal presentation will be made. Design plans and other project materials will be on display. Project staff will be available to discuss the proposed improvements and answer questions.
