All members of the public are encouraged to attend the meeting, and will be provided opportunities to speak. The "General Comments" section of the agenda is for members of the public to speak on issues that are not specifically listed on the meeting agenda, but are directly related to transportation planning and funding within the jurisdiction of the Palm Beach MPO. Members of the public may also speak at the appropriate time during the discussion on each specific agenda item. Those wishing to address the MPO Governing Board are requested to complete separate public comment cards for each item on which they would like to speak (general comments and/ or specific agenda items). Blank public comment cards are located at the registration table. Please complete the cards prior to the agenda item and turn them in to the MPO Public Information Officer or any MPO staff member. The maximum time allotted for each speaker will be announced by the MPO Chair presiding over the meeting.
